Terms & Conditions & Ordering Information

Web Orders are usually despatched quickly on receipt and of the WorldPay payment confirmation. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Email orders can be sent to us via [email protected] include your payment details including card expiry date and three digit security code.

Delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class post. There is a flat rate charge for delivery which will be automatically added to your online order. The rate for UK inland is £3.25 for First Class. Overseas rates are set at £4.50 for Europe, £5 and £5.50 for World Zones One and Two respectively.

Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order on our site.

1/ Our product prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place your order.

2/ Our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Our site will indicate when a product is out of stock. We will remove products which are discontinued. If, for any reason, your order cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know by phone or email. We will offer you an alternative, similar product or let you know an anticipated date when the product will be back in stock. We can issue you will a full or partial refund which will be processed via the WorldPay payments system and will be paid directly back onto the card you made the purchase with. We and WorldPay will send you an email confirmation of any refund we make.

3/ Payment can be made by the major credit or debit cards. We do not currently accept payments by American Express or Diners Club. Payment may be debited from your account before the despatch of your order. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another after despatch. You will receive a detailed receipt with your order. Orders can be shipped to an alternative address and name (for example as a gift) - in this case we will send the invoice detailing payment to you, as the purchaser and include a compliments slip with the order itself.

4/ If your order is lost or damaged in transit, then contact us by phone on 01743 622388 or by email to [email protected] Orders can sometimes be delayed at busy times so please wait a few days before notifying us. Please contact us within seven days if the products have been damaged in transit - we will replace and reissue your order as quickly as possible.

5/ Cancellation and Refunds - Satisfaction Guaranteed - you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of placing your order or within seven days of receiving the goods (whichever is longer). A full refund will be sent within 30 days subject to the goods being returned to us undamaged with a covering letter. 

6/ Complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible. Your feedback is important for us so that we can improve our service to you. Our complaints proceedure is listed below:-

  • We will try to rectify your complaint straight away. We will reply promptly and treat your complaint seriously.
  • If you are not satisfied with out response then please get back in touch with us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

We electronically store your name, address, phone number and email address so that we can provide you with an efficient after sales service. We do not store your card payment details. All payments are made via the secure WorldPay server and are not input or stored on our web site or database systems. We are registered under the Data Protection Act of 1998 with the Information Commissioner. We will not pass your name and address and contact details to any third party. When you make a purchase you will be added to our customer database but you can opt out of this by emailing [email protected] . You may be contacted by us via our email newsletter, which again, you can opt out of at any time.

Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights - your statutory rights are not affected


A further note re security. All payments processed on this site are processed by WorldPay plc who are a leading internet payment solution provider. They have been trading since 1993 and utilise Secure Socket Layer - encrypted to SSL128 bit using Thwate digital certificate technology.

Fair Trade & Environmental Policy

Chris George endeavors to trade ethically and with due consideration to sourcing products which are produced under Fair Trade conditions or made by local suppliers. We purchase our goods from businesses which employ trade-union labour and pay its workers fairly - to the statutory minimum wage or above. Our office waste products are recycled or upcycled. Our cards and publicity materials are mainly printed on recycled paper.
