Polling Station Poster 1912
Suffragette postcard of a Polling Station poster. Male gentry, agricultural labourers and factory workers had been enfranchised in the 19th centruy. All women, however worthy, industrious or highly qualified, were excluded. The poster underlines the injustice of this.
