“As we waited at the Bog Pool on top of the Long Mynd, the stars came out and conditions were perfect to photograph the Milky Way.  Even though my lens was very wide, it could not capture all the Milky Way, so I took three horizontal layers of 7 photos, making sure that the pool caught the reflected stars. This was my first ever Milky Way panorama and even the nearby light pollution from Church Stretton added a pleasing orange glow to the horizon. Published in the Irish Sun, the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Express.”
